About Founder Joe Yesulaitis
Joe Yesulaitis is a technology entrepreneur and business advisor with more than 30 years of experience in technology consulting, staffing, software development, engineering, sales, operations, and company leadership.
As a founder and partner of Cloud Theta LLC, Joe works directly with business leaders to understand what they are trying to accomplish, identify where technology may be creating limitations or opportunities, and evaluate practical solutions.
Joe understands that a technology solution must do more than meet technical specifications. It must also support the company’s people, processes, financial priorities, and long-term business objectives.
Engineering Experience
As an engineer, Joe developed novel methods for working within limited computing power and bandwidth for spacecraft navigation and communications, air traffic systems, and industrial process control.
Business Leadership
Joe founded and led technology businesses, including Aavalar Consulting and Alta Technical Services. He successfully operated companies through September 11, the dot-com collapse, the 2008 financial crisis, and the COVID-19 pandemic while remaining debt-free.
Those experiences gave him firsthand knowledge of building companies, managing operations, leading sales organizations, and working closely with technical teams.
